Hi! I'm Cat. From a young age, I have been obsessed with horses - no matter where we moved or what we did, they were always my throughline. Eventually, I became a working student at a barn, then a riding instructor, a wrangler, and finally an Equine Assisted Adventure Coach. I also hold a Blueprint Coaching Certificate from Debbie Ford (famous for Shadow Work), have been a registered dietician, fitness coach, gym owner, and have a Masters in Sustainable Business.

Along the way, I learned that the horses were always teaching us more about ourselves than we could learn from anyone else. Simply being in the presence of a horse supported my clients in massive breakthroughs, especially during the pandemic, when people flocked to our barn in the suburbs of Chicago to learn more about horses and be in nature with them. This was a time where non-verbal communication and work meant more than the words coming through around us.

Perhaps this is always true - it is about walking the walk, not talking the talk.

That said, what we say or write is one of the most powerful indicators of what we think or do (and why). This is why the writing and publishing of my bestselling book, The Adventure Paradox, which is a 6000 mile odyssey of a young mother (me) finding herself again with her two young children and horses, was one of the most pivotal moments of my life. It was when I recognized that the power always lies in the next chapter, but that only when we reflect on where we have been and the meaning we ascribe to where we are can we see where it is we really want to go...

And go there.

Through podcasting, and awakening my voice and my own truth, I rediscovered my passion for interviewing guests (I used to be a radio show host, by the way). As my podcast rose in to the top 2% of all podcasts internationally, I began coaching others in the techniques I used to interview guests and get paid for my services online.

But something was missing.... HORSES!

When I recognized that my deepest passion is connecting people to their highest truth through horses, all the stars aligned. Guest ranches began reaching out to me to partner for retreats with my clients. I was invited to be part of starting a horse high school. And then, the cherry on top for me, I got a call back to speak on Why Horses Are Vital to Our Transformation on a TedX stage - a lifelong dream of mine... all because I was speaking my truth and hearing others do the same in the 21 day Speak Truth to Live Summit.
